Bill gates spent 10,000 hours programming computers the Beatles spent 10,000 hours playing and writing music Tiger woods’ spent 10,000 hours practicing his golf swing.

It is practice persistence and passion that translates into successful results. Practice is the key to growth and mastery like the old Aikido saying the master is the one that stays on the mat five minutes longer than anyone else.
